Η Κωνσταντίνα Καλλιμάνη γεννηθηκε το 1979 στην Αθήνα. Κατάγεται από το Σοφικό Κορινθίας. Ολοκλήρωσε τις πτυχιακές σπουδές της στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και συγκεκριμένα στο London South Bank University. Συνέχισε με Μεταπτυχιακό Τίτλο Σπουδών με αντικείμενο: «Structural Design». Αναγνώρισε το πτυχίο της και το μεταπτυχιακό της, αναγνωρίζοντας την ακαδημαϊκή ισοδυναμία των τίτλων της μέσα από τον ΔΟΑΤΑΠ λαμβάνοντας τον τίτλο του Πολιτικού Μηχανικού και εγγράφηκε ως μέλος του Τεχνικού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδος το 2006.
Από το 2006 διατηρεί ιδιωτικό Τεχνικό Γραφείο στα Λουτρά Ωραίας Ελένης του Δήμου Κορινθίων.

2010 – Σήμερα: Ελεγκτής Δόμησης
2013 – Σήμερα: Ενεργειακός Επιθεωρητής
